End of the first day

It's the end of the day, and I have to say I'm pretty pleased with the Slim Diet patches so far.

Maybe its too early to tell but I'm sure I felt less hungry today. I went from breakfast through to dinner without snacking (or thinking about snacking).

I drank lots of water too which I'm not normally good at remembering to do. I didn't feel exhausted when I finished work either.

It looks like a sign of good things to come!

I have decided to weigh myself at the end of each week for a better idea of my weight loss progress pictures and results. But will be sure to update my blog during the week to let you know how I am getting on with the weight loss patches.

Move on to day 3: Setting Goals
